In house procurement – being built – take a picture of equipment, and do an in house procurement based on that picture

Exception management – situation handling – create programs to bring attention to end user
In middle, pyramid approach, enter solution at top level (Fiori apps) and bring in embedded analytics – overview pages, analysis path frameworks, then navigate to the transactions – new way of working – still find ways things to work on
User experience – speech interaction with co-pilot, modern interaction with technologies
