SAP Fiori is the re-imagined and improved user experience for SAP S/4HANA; it encompasses significant productivity improvements via innovations (e.g. exception-based processing through machine learning) and simplifications (i.e. a more precise fit of the user interface to the task & business role).
There are 2 facts that customers need to understand wrt implementing SAP Fiori:
- it is not a replacement for SAP GUI. Customers need to implement the apps that gives the most value to their business processes.
- implementing SAP Fiori is more than simply activating standard apps; there are specialised tasks involved to personalise the solution and to unlock the delightful UX.
UX&Mobile SAP Consulting Practice have compiled UX for SAP S/4HANA Virtual Bootcamp; which is a series of short videos that describes the key topics to be considered to plan and deliver a great UX for SAP S/4HANA. Target audience for these videos are customers who are considering transformation to SAP S/4HANA or are already in project execution mode.
Linked to these videos you will also find some accelerators, related blogs and useful documentation that will help you understand more details of what is described in the videos.
